Terms and conditions
This document sets out the terms and conditions for using our Audio GuestBook device rental service, provided by EM Global Enterprise. The privacy policy, the returns policy and any other relevant documents make up the content of this document, referred to below as the "Terms and Conditions". Accessing and/or using our rental service constitutes ACCEPTANCE of these terms and conditions and binds you to comply with them.
EM Global Enterprise reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes to the Terms and Conditions apply only to bookings made after those changes are published on this site.
1. General provisions
1.1. By placing a booking, the Client accepts the Terms and Conditions for renting Audio GuestBook devices set out below.
1.2. These Terms and Conditions, together with the information about the services shown on the site, are a public offer under the laws of the Republic of Moldova on electronic commerce. Having read these conditions, the Client accepts them by completing a booking on our site.
1.3. The relationship between the Client and the Provider is governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova on consumer protection and other relevant regulations.
1.4. The Provider reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions, and the Client is required to check for changes regularly.
1.5. The Client accepts the Terms and Conditions by completing a booking on the site.
2. Terms used in this document
2.1. Client - the individual or legal entity that makes a booking to rent the Audio GuestBook Device.
2.2. Provider - EM Global Enterprise
2.3. Device - the vintage telephone offered for rent by EM Global Enterprise.

2.5. Booking - the process by which the Client places an order to rent the Device, which is confirmed by the Provider.
2.6. Delivery service - the service that delivers the Device to the Client.
3. Booking and payment
3.1. A booking is made by completing the online booking form. A 300€ deposit is required to secure the Device.
3.2. The 300€ deposit is deducted from the total rental cost. Full payment must be made before delivery.
4. Delivery and pickup
4.1. The Device will be delivered and set up at the location given by the Client, on the agreed date and time.
4.2. After the event, our team will collect the Device on the agreed date.
5. Use and care
5.1. The Client is responsible for using the Device correctly. Any damage caused by improper use or by guests will be covered by the 300€ deposit.
5.2. The Client will receive instructions for using the Device. Technical support is available during the event.
6. Guarantee and damage
6.1. The 300€ deposit serves as a guarantee against possible damage. If the Device is damaged by guests, the deposit will be kept to cover the cost of repair or replacement.
6.2. If the Device is damaged, the Client is responsible for covering the cost of repair or replacement.
7. Returns policy
7.1. The Device must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered. If damage is found, the deposit will be kept to cover it.
8. Changes and cancellations
8.1. Any change to a booking must be requested at least 48 hours before the event date.
8.2. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are fully refunded, minus a 50€ fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before are not refundable.
9. Privacy
9.1. Personal data collected during booking will be used in line with the Privacy Policy.
10. Limitation of liability
10.1. EM Global Enterprise will not be liable for any indirect damage or consequences that may result from the use of, or inability to use, the Device.
11. Governing law
11.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Moldova, and any dispute will be settled in the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
